Arsenal Super Star Alexis Sanchez Considering Transfer Request

Arsenal Super Star Alexis Sanchez Considering Transfer Request To Force Man City or PSG Move

Alexis Sanchez is reportedly considering handing in a formal transfer request at Arsenal to help force through a move to Manchester City or Paris Saint-Germain before the end of the summer.

The 28-year-old forward has been linked with a move away from the Emirates Stadium for much of the summer as he enters the final year of his contract with the club and looks for Champions League football.

Arsenal have remained firm that they will not be selling their star player even if it means risking losing him on a free in a year’s time, while it has even been reported that they feel he may be persuaded to sign a new deal.

However, Sanchez himself is apparently feeling very differently about the situation, and could hand in a formal transfer request to force his way out of the club.

The Chile international strongly hinted recently that he wanted to be allowed a move by saying: ‘I want to play the Champions League. I’ve made my decision, now I wait for Arsenal’s reply. The idea is to play and win the Champions League. I’ve dreamt about it since I was a kid.’

Still, with the Gunners unwilling to budge by demanding big money for the player, Sanchez himself is now ready to step up his efforts to force through a move to either City or PSG, according to The Sun.

The former Barcelona man posted a curiously-timed Instagram update earlier today, declaring himself as ‘sick’ just after Arsene Wenger said he expected him back in training this Sunday.

Arsenal are now said to be increasingly fearful that Sanchez could make life difficult for them as he tries to get his dream move away before the end of the transfer window.
This follows reports earlier today that Sanchez was willing to go against his own agent’s advice and push for an exit before the end of his contract next summer.
